#HireMe ? I grow pipelines & brands for B2B startups & communities ?? Content, community, partnerships, B2B influencers, social media, personal branding, ghostwriting, social selling, & more

Great content isn't born; it's tested and refined over time. But too many people expect magic from one post. One campaign. One experiment. That’s not how content works. If you want results, you need patience and consistency. Here’s what I tell every client: ? Test often and test long. ? Don’t judge success from just one post. ? Experiment with multiple post types—10, even up *to*20 per type. Why? Because timing, audience behavior, and platform trends matter. For example: ?? Linked your content dips during holidays like Thanksgiving or Christmas. ?? Audiences react differently based on seasons, industries, and even weekdays. ?? Some ideas need time (and repetition) before they click with your audience. Content is like cooking. You tweak recipes. You taste as you go. You keep refining until you find what works. But if you stop after one attempt? You’ll never know what success could’ve tasted like. So here’s my advice: ? Commit at least two or three months for any experiment. ? Track patterns—what works, what doesn’t, and why. ? Adjust, adapt, and keep going. Great content isn’t about luck. It's about data, persistence, and learning from every single post. How do you approach testing your content? What’s worked (or flopped) for you? P.S. I'm taking on new clients! Also, I'm offering a $2,500 USD referral bonus to anyone who refers a new fractional marketing services client to me that signs on with me between now and June 2025.

$2,500 for your referral? That’s more than just coffee money. Who’s ready for this bonus? Between now and June *2025*, I’m putting my money where my mouth is. Here’s how: ?? Refer me someone who becomes my next fractional marketing client, and I’ll send you $2,500 USD. No catch. No fine print. Just cold, hard cash. Who am I looking for? ?? B2B SaaS startups (Seed stage or later) ?? Their ICP is founders, sales teams, marketers, recruiters, or customer success leaders ?? Teams ready for growth, innovation, and results What services do I offer? ? Content marketing & strategy ? Community marketing & partnerships ? B2B influencer marketing strategy & affiliate programs ? Email and newsletter marketing ? Personal branding & ghostwriting ? Social media management & social selling enablement ? AI strategies & marketing ops (And that’s just scratching *my* surface.) I specialize with startups selling *to* founders, salespeople, marketers, and recruiters—but I’m also open if you’ve got someone outside my usual ICP. Let’s make this simple: 1?? You refer someone. 2?? They sign with me. 3?? You get paid $2,500 once they pay me. That’s not coffee money. That’s *vacation* money (or rent, or whatever floats your boat). Know someone who could use my expertise? Let’s talk. DM me or tag them below. You might just earn yourself an easy payday. ??

I used Linkedln during lockdown and gained over +27,000 followers. Now, I’m showing you how I did.?? It wasn’t some secret growth hack or overnight magic. Honestly, timing played its part. When everyone went home and Linkedln became *??????* place for connection, I leaned all-in.?? Here’s what worked for me:?? ? I showed up consistently.?? ? I shared real stories (not polished, “perfect” ones).?? ? I experimented—different formats, angles, and ideas.?? Most importantly, I embraced being authentic.?? Back then, I didn’t have all my content figured out. I didn’t know what would resonate or flop. But I kept trying. I kept learning. I kept iteratively improving.?? And guess what? Being open about my journey made people *listen.*?? Now, I’m evolving again. New platforms. New formats. New challenges. I’m diving deeper with video content (short and long form), storytelling, and even comedy.?? Because here’s what I’ve learned:?? ?? You’re never too experienced (or too “established”) for reinvention.?? ?? Being new at something isn’t weakness—it’s growth.?? ?? Authenticity isn’t just about sharing wins; it's about sharing *you.*?? And if there’s one piece I’d leave you with? Build habits that help you create consistently. Whether that’s better routines, asking for help, or therapy—find what works and stick with *you.*??

Marketing isn’t about revenue; it's about creating environments where revenue thrives. This mindset has shaped how I approach my work. Marketing isn’t about instant wins or quick ROI. It's about creating spaces where trust builds, ideas spark, and opportunities grow. Here’s what I focus on: ? Human connection: Marketing speaks first and foremost. Not just about saving money or time but about making someone's day easier, their work more fulfilling, their success more achievable. ?? Collaboration: I work best with people who keep their word, own their mistakes, and value integrity. That’s professionalism—not politeness, but honesty and action. ?? Mental health: Investing here is not just personal; it's strategic. When your team feels supported, creativity flourishes, and resilience grows. Therapy has taught me that truth stings sometimes, but facing hard truths makes us better. ?? Authenticity: High-impact content doesn’t need high production value. Real content resonates. Speak as you are, not as you think you should be. That’s how you attract your ideal audience. I’m shifting my strategy toward video content. Why? Because video lets people see me, hear me, and understand what working with me feels like. Writing is great, but hearing my voice brings my energy and humor front and center. I’m also exploring new paths—branding, public speaking, comedy, and even emigration. I don’t have all my answers yet, but that’s okay. I’m sharing my journey as I go, iteratively refining my goals. What’s your take? How do you create environments where success thrives for your team or clients?

Freelancing taught me one brutal truth: clients who value your worth bring out your best. Having my worth questioned used be like being handed lukewarm fries at my favorite fast-food joint. You know you deserve better... but there you are, eating soggy fries. Here’s what working with "discount hunters" taught me: ?? My creativity? Zapped faster than my phone battery after scrolling TikTok. ?? Deliverables? Felt like turning water-damaged IKEA furniture instructions "into something great." ?? Respect? Micromanaged so hard I thought I got hired for free babysitting sessions. Fast forward → I shifted gears. Began saying "NO" like my life depended on dodging bad karaoke nights. And then... magic happened: ? Clients treating my invoicing like fine art, not bargain-bin finds. ? Trust replacing micromanagement (hallelujah!). ? Creativity flowing like espresso on Monday mornings. ? Work that didn’t just succeed—it soared like my mood after hearing Taylor Swift at random coffee shops. But here's what I learned (brace yourself for simplicity): ?? You don't just need "clients." You need believers—people who see you as their secret weapon, not their spare change. What changed for me: ?? Projects feel like collaboration, not heavy lifting. ?? Relationships built on mutual respect, not "how low can you go" rate games. ?? Confidence climbing faster than I climb my stairs after forgetting my phone upstairs (every. single. day). If you freelance: Stop collecting soggy fries. Start sharing your secret sauce with clients ready for Michelin-star collaboration. How do you spot those magical clients? Or better yet, how do you weed out those fries? ?? P.S. I'm offering a $2,500 USD referral bonus to anyone who refers a new fractional marketing services client to me that signs on with me between now and June 2025.

Turning video responses from AI interviews straight onto short clips—does such tech exist? Drop your recommendations! Listen, I thrive under pressure. Especially during interviews. AI tools like Scripe already help me brainstorm content ideas through structured AI-powered Q&A sessions. I set my agenda, answer questions, and boom—content gold. #nonsponsoredpost But here’s what I need next: ?? AI tools that can generate non-AI video responses (AI interviews me on video, basically, not just my voice like Scripe does) ?? Something that turns those videos directly onto short clips (or makes it easy to port into something like OpusClip or Descript) ?? I perform better speaking than scripting. Interview-style content feels natural. If I could speak directly on camera, have AI handle editing, and end up with short clips, well, that’s my dream workflow. Does anyone have: ? Tools that work for video interviews? ? Ideas for workflows that streamline this process? ? Tips for cutting AI bits while keeping human authenticity? ? Recommendations for integrating these clips with my outlined strategies? I’m diving deep on this, but I’d love your insights. What’s your go-to setup for AI-driven video content creation?

92% trust peers over brands. Are you leveraging that trust? Your best marketing isn’t your ads or your pitch deck. It's your customers sharing their wins—loud and proud. Yet, so many companies miss this. They focus on flashy campaigns, but forget what buyers actually care about: ? Stories that feel real, not scripted ? Proof that someone like them succeeded ? Answers that make their lives easier People don’t want another chatbot or generic demo. They want something that bridges gaps—between questions and clarity, between curiosity and confidence. Something that says, “This will work for me.” Here’s what I’ve noticed: → B2C brands nail this with reviews and influencer content. → B2Bs? Still catching up. But things are shifting. Smart SaaSes are borrowing from B2C playbooks—using testimonials, peer recommendations, and personal branding. Because at its core, B2B or B2C, people buy from people. Want your product pitch or demo call remembered? Think beyond features: → What’s their “light at end-of-tunnel” moment? → How does your product fit their daily workflows? → What conversations will they have with their team about you later? If you can answer *those* questions, you’re not just selling. You’re building trust. Have you seen success using customer stories or peer recommendations? What worked best for you?

Had a potential sponsor tell me, “We just don’t have the budget for this.” Funny, because I know their ARR. I know how much they spend on other things. I know they have the budget—they just don’t want to spend it here. And that’s fine. But let’s be real: “We can’t afford it” usually means it’s not important enough. Which is why I price accordingly. If it’s a “nice to have” for you, then we’re not the right fit. If it’s a must-have, you’ll find the budget. And those are the clients I want to work with. #sales #marketing #pricingstrategy - ?? I’m not just here to “run” things. I’m here to make things better. When clients bring me in, they get: ? A marketer who can translate sales talk into strategy ? A partner who makes their sponsorships actually work ? A strategist who sees revenue plays they’re missing I don’t just do marketing. I make sure marketing pays off. If your partnerships feel like a “nice to have” instead of a revenue channel, let’s talk. #growth #partnerships #marketing - ?? Like + Repost if you found this helpful.
