EVACSTAC solves the unmet needs for safe and affordable fire safety for high-rise and high-risk buildings

关于我们

EVACSTAC is a collaboration between the construction industry and fire safety experts, to create a prefabricated, retrofit escape tower, providing a much needed permanent 2nd staircase for single staircase buildings and evacuation route for high-rise and high-risk buildings. Other features include a safe refuge area for those less mobile to await rescue by emergency responders; a safe access route for emergency personnel, firefighting equipment at every level, immediate access to water via a dry or wet riser and fire service compatible couplings; communication systems; a cheaper alternative for introducing a retrofit sprinkler system into existing buildings; and the facility for addition of a lift into the design as required. An affordable and immediate fire-safety solution for residents, lease holders and building owners. All prefabricated off-site and retrofitted to existing suitable buildings with minimal inconvenience to residents, without the need for rehousing. We are currently manufacturing an 8-storey evacuation and firefighting tower to be installed at a leading institution that we will announce in the comings days. Installation is due to commence in March 2023. This tower will be used for training the evacuation of high-rise buildings. If you would be interested in coming along to view the tower on a training day please get in touch and this can be arranged following completion of the tower. If you’d like to discuss our product further with us either face to face, or via Teams, please get in touch, or for further information take a look at the attached brochure or visit our website at www.evacstac.com
