Thank you to Elite Field Service for trusting us as the construction partner for your new location!
Now that we’re settled into our new home, we want to take a moment to extend our appreciation to EV Construction—our incredible partner in bringing this vision to life. From the start, EV Construction worked closely with us to design and build a facility that not only meets our needs but sets us up for the future. They guided us through every step, offering expertise, insight, and solutions that took this project to the next level. Every inch of this space was built with purpose—from our expansive service bays and efficiently designed workspaces to our upper-level training room, which we had the opportunity to use last week and were blown away by. This facility isn’t just bigger—it’s better in every way, and we’re already experiencing the impact. To EV Construction and every person who had a hand in this build—thank you. You delivered beyond expectations, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

?? March is National Ladder Safety Month ?? Ladder safety is a serious matter – there are more than 20,000 ladder-fall injuries at workplaces every year and thousands more at home. Yesterday, we held a ladder safety stand-down for over one hundred of our team members and trade partners. Our Director of Safety, Chris Smith, discussed inspection, maintenance, safe climbing and positioning, stabilization, setup, and more. Awareness of the risks and following proper training protocols can significantly reduce the number of ladder accidents in the workplace. Learn more at LadderSafetyMonth.com #LadderSafetyMonth

Plans are underway for our 2025 Future Builders Event! This is an event that we have hosted for our employee's families so that they can experience the construction industry. Here's a video of last year's event, which included building a playhouse, lift rides, hands-on trade experience, a tour of an active project site, and more. One of our favorite events!

This event highlighted the city’s ongoing water infrastructure improvements, including lead service line replacements and wastewater system upgrades. We are proud to be part of this project ??
