Yesterday we hosted our recurring Quarterly #EU #Economic Update #webinar with our European Union Delegation to the United States and European Investment Bank (EIB) senior economic experts, Nora Hesse, Ben Carliner and Debora Revoltella . The current forecast shows that the EU economy resumed #growth in the first three quarter of 2024 amidst further abating inflationary pressures. The conditions for a mild acceleration of domestic demand appear in place, although uncertainty remains somewhat elevated mainly due to geopolitical factors. The focus of this particular installment was European #competitiveness and the underlying policy actions. It was a great discussion with many details, charts, and heatmaps. Big thank you to our speakers! You missed it? No problem, you can enjoy it here in full length: https://lnkd.in/d8gBdNZn #transatlantic #EconomicForecast #macroeconomicanalyses #EconomicOutlook
