Keep old cranes working with new load cells designed to replace load cells no longer available from the original supplier. Euroload can supply bespoke load links in low quantities to replace your no longer available load cells. These cells are EN24T passivated, dual 4-20ma output, IP67, Stainless steel covers, counterbored connectors, 1% of applied load accuracy. These cells have different size ends to accept the fittings onsite. These cells are off to an American client today.

At Safe Lifting Europe, we don’t just rent out heavy lifting equipment—we offer much more. For example, we recently performed a load test on a crane for one of our loyal customers. The crane had a capacity of 100 tons, and we overloaded it by 10%. While that might not sound extraordinary to some, at Safe Lifting, it's just another day at the office! The remarkable aspect of this story is that we received a last-minute call requesting the load test. Of course, we said yes. The challenge was that the ship carrying the crane was scheduled to arrive in the harbour at 18:00 that same day and was set to depart early the next morning. This timing was particularly challenging due to the holiday season and the construction industry shutdown. However, at Safe Lifting, we thrive on challenges. Within a few hours, we had created a rigging plan, gathered the necessary equipment, and transported everything to the test location. That same day, we successfully completed the entire load test and returned back to our headquarters with full satisfaction of our client.
