As Chef Appreciation Week continues, we want to take hats off for our Chef of the Year, Meredith Galit. Meredith perfectly embodies this year’s Chef Appreciation Week theme, "Food First, Passion Always." From her start as a culinary academy grad to becoming a standout chef and recipe innovator, Meredith’s journey has been incredible. Chief Culinary Officer Chef Chris Ivens-Brown explains how she’s been a leader in menu and recipe development, partnering with our diverse suppliers to lift small businesses and create some innovative dishes.
