Euclid Transactional’s second annual Global Representations & Warranties/Warranty and Indemnity Insurance (RWI) Claims Study is here. This year’s report analyzes a total of eight years’ worth of global claims data and identifies insights that will be of interest to anyone who is involved in M&A or transactional liability insurance. ? We were busy during the 12 months from our last study. Euclid Transactional launched offices in Singapore and Paris, paid dozens of claims for more than $268M in loss, and made what are, to our knowledge, the biggest ever RWI payments in France, Slovenia, and Canada.? ? All of this and more is highlighted in our 2024 Global RWI Claims Study, which analyzes almost $830 million of claims payments made across 135 individual payments. ?
