At Euclid Fish, we value education of our sales team to help us bring ideas and solutions to our customers. ?? ??For our Lent Kick Off Meeting, we learned more about @openbluecobia , the “Other White Fish” that is heart healthy, versatile and isn’t your average white fish. Charles tried on the VR headset and explored the farm in Panama. ??We also welcomed Town Dock for a squid 101 course and the quality and consistency our customers across Ohio, PA and KY love. Big menu takeaway were the Town Dock Squid Steaks, Rhode Island Loligo and Argentine Illex. ??Lastly we welcomed CORE brokers for our annual Highliner cook off to share labor saving lent ideas to our customers. Thank you to our excellent vendors & our sales team for a successful meeting! ??
