I am thrilled to share that I have completed my second master’s degree in information systems/data analytics from East Tennessee State University. Building on my foundation in Library and Information Science, this journey into Information Systems/Data Analytics has been an incredible experience, filled with learning, growth, and the development of skills that I am eager to apply in my future career. A huge thank you to ETSU for granting me the opportunity to study with a scholarship. Your support has been invaluable, and I am deeply grateful. Working at the Archives of Appalachia and Sherrod Library as a graduate assistant over the past two years was instrumental in shaping my understanding and passion for data analytics and information systems. During my time at ETSU, I had the opportunity to work on a fascinating capstone project. My team and I were tasked with creating an automated process for the ETSU Department of Computing. This project not only honed my technical skills but also gave me practical experience in developing solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy in administrative processes. A special shoutout to my professors for their unwavering support, guidance, and encouragement. Your expertise and dedication have been pivotal in my academic journey, and I am grateful for all the knowledge and wisdom you have imparted. As I step into the next chapter of my career, I am ready and excited to use my knowledge and skills to become an asset to any organization.
