Minority Health Month Events As part of the Ohio Commission on Minority Health Grant, the CHATs will be partnering with OSU’s Center for Community Outreach and Engagement to host two Health Literacy Workshops this April for Minority Health Month. Workshops will include: A presentation on cancer prevention and general health education Tips for navigating the healthcare system An interactive teach-back method demonstration to promote patient advocacy Biometric screenings and referrals provided by public health nurses ??
