Westco Grounds Maintenance, LLC, an Ethoscapes company, and USAID came together for a celebratory luncheon to commemorate 17 years of successful partnership in the H2B program. This inaugural event provided an opportunity to include some of our H2B team members, who contribute significantly to our operations. During the gathering, USAID representatives engaged directly with the team members whose visa applications they facilitate annually. The H2B program plays a crucial role in enabling U.S. companies to secure skilled labor while empowering workers to establish economic stability for themselves and their families in their home countries. We know that every job site can hold surprises. After an initial inspection, we discovered a massive drainage pipe that had rusted through and ultimately failed, along with a significant buildup that needed urgent attention. This unexpected challenge required a complete replacement of the drainage system for a local municipal utilities district (MUD). Fortunately, we had the right team, the right equipment, and the right materials to tackle the repair quickly, professionally, and safely.
