Erin is a dynamic and strategic HR leader with a passion for cultivating exceptional workplace cultures. With two decades of experience at Southwest Airlines and Remington Hospitality, she has mastered the art of learning and development, talent strategy, and employee engagement—always with a keen focus on aligning people strategies with business success. At Southwest, Erin played a pivotal role in shaping talent development programs, leading large-scale training initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. As Vice President of Field Human Resources and Senior Manager of Learning Strategy and Projects, she built Southwest's Corporate Training Team from the ground up, designed learning experiences for over 50,000 employees, and navigated complex compliance landscapes with regulatory agencies like the FAA and DOT. Her ability to develop high-impact training programs, strengthen recruiting strategies, and coach leadership teams made a lasting impact on the company's growth. As Senior Director of Corporate Operations at Ethos Cannabis, Erin now brings that same dedication to learning and development, reinforcing the company's "Better is Better" philosophy. She believes that investing in people, refining processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement is what truly drives long-term success.
