The #EU ???? has launched an #investAI initiative to mobilise 200 billion euros for #AI investment, seeking to make #Europe an AI continent. Part of the plan is to invest in finance gigafactories that will train complex, large, AI models , to develop #infrastructure for domains like medicine or science. The goal is for companies in the EU to access large-scale computing power to build the future. While the EU maintains this will be the “largest public-private partnership in world for the development of #trustworthyAI ” we want to open the following discussion: ??
