The building pad is in at the Historical Village at the Dismal Swamp Visitor Center on Glencoe Street in Cheapeake! This 3700sf project, designed by Hanbury, features exhibit spaces and offices, as well as a thoughtfully designed landscape plan featuring a boardwalk. This will all be part of the Historic Cornland School located next door on the same property.

The Virginia Zoo EdVenture Campus is now starting up! Demolition is occurring, build pads are laid out, and the fire lane work has started. When completed, the two buildings will total more than 16,400 square feet offering more educational, and exhibit, space for patrons to the Zoo! GARC LLC Virginia Zoo

The Hero Tree at the 5/31 Memorial in Virginia Beach is a focal point of the project and in honor of the First Responders who, day in and day out, put their lives on the line. ET Gresham is honored to be the General Contractor for this project!
