#WomenInConstructionWeek2025 Highlight: Dawn Persia, Courtney Lewis, & Ariana Sullivan
?
???Dawn Persia (Business Development): As a Houston Business Development Representative for E+S, Dawn uses her expertise to create meaningful connections and lasting partnerships throughout the industry. Dawn's two-year anniversary with E+S is a testament to her adaptability and passion. Before joining the commercial construction industry, she spent years working for an interior designer, where she discovered a deep love for creating beautiful and thoughtful spaces. ? Why I Love Construction: “I appreciate how every team member plays an important role in successfully completing a project. It's entirely a team effort and I love being a part of the E+S Team!”
?? Courtney Lewis (Marketing Manager): With five years of industry experience, Courtney leads marketing efforts to effectively communicate E+S's capabilities and deliver value to clients. Starting her construction journey at a residential builder, and building a house of her own, she quickly fell in love with the sales and marketing cycle as well as watching projects come to life. Transitioning to commercial construction over the past few years has been a rewarding challenge, and Courtney is proud to contribute to the company’s success. ? Why I Love Construction: “I love construction because it’s all about collaboration. Working with so many different people to achieve the same goal, learning from their experiences, and sharing in the satisfaction of a successful project. I love the diverse connections I've made in the industry, and the cherry on top is witnessing the intricate details of a project come to life.”
???Ariana Sullivan (Office Manager) At E+S, Ariana is the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly. In just one year, she's proven her ability to handle diverse responsibilities, from office management to supporting accounting. Ariana's journey into construction was fueled by a long-standing curiosity nurtured by her husband's career in the field. When the chance arose, she jumped at it. ? Why I Love Construction: “Construction is such a hands-on industry where teamwork and effort truly make an impact and really matter. I love being part of that energy, even from behind the scenes. It brings me joy to bring that same positive energy into the office, whether by lending a hand, offering a smile, or organizing fun activities that help keep morale up and make the workday a little brighter.”
