The Estate Planning Council of Broward County is an organization of qualified professionals from Broward County and the surrounding region who work in the area of estate planning. For more than 50 years, we have sought the advancement of the estate planning field through continuing education on industry leading topics, networking opportunities with other established professionals, and development of relationships through social gatherings. Our Council is comprised of members representing the following professional disciplines: Trust Officers, Attorneys, Certified Public Accountants, Financial Planning and Services, and Planned Giving.

The EPC of Broward County Fall Social held at the Shorely last night was just fantastic! The venue is a hidden gem and set the perfect tone for the event…beautiful sunset! Special thanks to the Committee leads Matt McKean and Thomas Long for their selection – a great time was had by all!
Many thanks to Travis Hayes for presenting the "Top 10 Updates for Estate Planners" at the EPC of Broward County's dinner event held at the Lauderdale Yacht Club last night. A great evening was enjoyed by all!
Thanks to 2023-2024 President Michael E Mader, for accepting the Emerging Council Award on behalf of the Estate Planning Council of Broward County. This award was received during the 61st Annual NAEPC Advanced Estate Planning Strategies Conference on October 23, 2024 in Anaheim, California. This honor recognizes estate planning councils that have demonstrated creativity and achievement in areas critical to a strong membership experience. Additionally, congratulations to EPC of Broward County Member, John W. Clidas, on his appointment as an NAEPC Association Board member commencing in January 2025.
