Yesterday, our SVP and Chief Administrative Officer Whitney Kellett and Manager of Community Assistance Programs Carmen Malloy participated in panel discussions for this year’s “Be Utility Wise” Human Services Professional Development Conference! Whitney joined other utility experts to discuss connecting customers with the resources they need to afford their utility services, while Carmen participated in a panel focused on discussing improved accessibility for utility assistance programs. The conference was a great opportunity for our team to connect with others in the industry and to discuss ways we can continue to support and provide access to essential utility services for all customers. Thank you to the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission for having our team for this important discussion!
