Essential Growth Properties’ transformation of Elk Park Shopping Center in Elk River, MN is underway! 2025 will bring awesome things here, with Five Below and Wingstop Restaurants Inc. both under construction, and more to come. Cub Foods Store is in great condition and is serving customers on this frigid day (I have to time my visits better). The center is in great shape considering the elements. Thanks to all involved.
