关于我们
Esperanza Health Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center that operates four primary care clinics on Chicago’s Southwest Side. Through the provision of a full range of bilingual, culturally appropriate primary and specialty care, behavioral health, and wellness services, we’re committed to improving health equity and reducing barriers to care for the residents of the medically underserved, primarily Latino communities we serve. Since 2004, we’ve delivered care to over 25,000 patients each year regardless of immigration status, insurance status, or ability to pay.

?? Esperanza in Washington, D.C.! ?? Last week, Esperanza joined elected officials, community leaders, and fellow Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) in Washington, D.C., to advocate for stronger support and funding for community health. With members of our Board of Directors, Executive Leadership Team, and community partners, we proudly represented our patients and the vital role FQHCs play in ensuring access to quality healthcare for all. Advocacy is key to building healthier communities, and we are committed to making sure our voices—and the voices of our patients—are heard! #FQHCAdvocacy #HealthcareForAll #EsperanzaInDC

?? Esperanza Wore Red! ?? Last Friday, our team across all sites came together for National Wear Red Day to raise awareness about the leading cause of death among women—cardiovascular disease. By wearing red, we stand in solidarity, spreading the message that heart health matters! A huge thank you to everyone who participated and helped shine a light on this important cause. Together, we are stronger than heart disease! Check out some of our favorite moments from the day! #WearRedDay #HeartHealth #AmericanHeartMonth
