ESP is thrilled to celebrate the grand opening of Weslaco Village Apartments in Weslaco, TX! On September 27th, our San Antonio office attended the ribbon cutting for Weslaco Village, a newly reconstructed 50-unit affordable housing community offering one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom units. Residents of this new community can also enjoy a swimming pool with cabana, community room, state-of-the-art fitness center, computer center, and an outdoor playground. For this project, ESP was proud to provide civil engineering, landscape architecture, and survey services.
