We are excited to announce our plans to open a new branch on West Main Street in the Bull’s Head neighborhood! “We’re excited to bring this new branch to the Bull’s Head district and be a part of this impressive and inspiring redevelopment initiative in the City of Rochester,” said Mike Prince, ESL Vice President/Director, Branch & Contact Center. “This location will help us improve access to financial services in southwest Rochester and allows for the opportunity to deepen our relationships with individuals and businesses in Bull’s Head, 19th Ward, J.O.S.A.N.A., and the surrounding neighborhoods.” This is the third of three committed new ESL branches in the City of Rochester. In alignment with this commitment, we opened our Lake Avenue Office in December 2021 and most recently, in May 2023, opened our Goodman Office. In total, Bull’s Head will be our fifth branch within the City of Rochester. Groundbreaking on the new branch is slated to begin by the end of 2024, with an anticipated opening in the fall of 2025. Fraudsters commonly use sophisticated tactics to exploit members’ personal and financial information. To gather this information, fraudsters claim they are from a trusted source such as the member’s bank or credit union and ask them to confirm their identity by providing personal details. It’s crucial that customers refrain from providing information to these individuals. Click through the below images to familiarize yourself with some examples of fraudulent phishing messages and the actions that ESL will never ask you to take. #InternationalFraudAwarenessWeek #FraudPrevention #CreditUnion #Banking #RochesterNY
