It was wonderful working with colleagues from the ESCMID - European Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases Study Group on Viral Hepatitis (ESGVH) to put together this work on vaccination against hepatitis E, with a great emphasis on people with compromised immune systems, a population that I hold close to my heart as managing vaccine preventable infections amongst them can be a nightmare and offering vaccinations early enough is key! https://lnkd.in/dh77wkrG

This is an exciting achievement for all of us involved, and I look forward to the impact our research will have in advancing the understanding of viral hepatitis.
