As a recent graduate and new member of ES Foundry since September, I've been fortunate to join the company at a pivotal stage. In less than a month, I've already learned so much, from setting up plans to hands-on, practical tasks. It's been an exciting and enriching experience, particularly in areas like factory layout planning, machine installation and calibration, and interpreting important documents. What excites me most is the opportunity to get involved in the nitty-gritty, working side by side with the team, down to earth and getting hands dirty. ES Foundry offers an incredible environment for growth, with plenty of opportunities to contribute to its early-stage development.
