?Employee Spotlight? Cory Canter has worked for ECC for over 10 years! Starting as an IT intern, he has, over the course of his time here, advanced to Manager of IT. Cory has grown to be an integral part of the ECC IT/OPS/GIS team, currently leading the development team and overseeing various projects, including ECC Insider. Known for his problem-solving skills, he leverages technology to improve business processes at ECC. Thank you Cory for your leadership!

?Employee Spotlight? Shane works with ECC as a Fleet and Safety Manager, who is tasked with assisting travel crews. Due to his diligence, he has gained 100 percent metrics in 6 measurable goals and in his fleet data, showing his commitment to excellence in all that he does. In addition to managing his team day by day,?he is also a 2 time combat veteran. Thank you Shane for your service, and for your dedication to ECC!

Since joining the ECC family through the acquisition of TCS, she’s demonstrated exceptional leadership, adaptability, and dedication. In her first year at ECC, after 8 years with Dycom, Cara advanced to Senior Project Manager. Her focus on excellence and safety stands out as she oversees complex projects. She drives herself and her teams daily, embodying ECC’s values of growth and improvement. Her leadership has been vital to the success of her project and her team's development. We are proud to have Cara on board and look forward to her continued contributions to ECC's future.
