ERMCO would like to extend its sincerest appreciation to our customers who have partnered with us over these challenging times, our associates who have successfully closed the supply and demand gap on single-phase transformers, and those working diligently to close the three-phase gap. ? The days of long lead times are gone!?Today, we have sufficient capacity for single-phase overheads and single-phase pads, allowing us to accept orders with lead times of 12-14 weeks. Furthermore, we are fully equipped to support emergency and storm-related restoration efforts. We are dedicated to producing and shipping new production as quickly as five days after receipt of an emergency order. ? We are not ready to say "mission accomplished" until we have closed the three-phase gap. We are committed, and investing heavily, to do as we did in our single-phase plants; we will grow output until the industry is secure! ? We believe in collaboration, we believe in quality, we believe in dependable delivery, and we believe in our team and their passion for our customers. If you share these values and are seeking a secure, dependable supply of single-phase units, please visit the contacts page of our website at https://lnkd.in/ejbptdK3.

Members of our ERMCO Team were recently invited to be part of the Dyersburg City Schools CTE Advisory Board. This group consists of a wide variety of community leaders in their respective career fields who strive to see the growth and preparedness of local students. "The partnership shared between DHS and ERMCO will be a driving force for the opportunities given to students of all walks of life. I'm proud to take part in such a partnership." Stated Collin Streeter, Communication Specialist. Members of our team had the opportunity to share ways that school programs could best steer students in the right direction to join the ERMCO team. DHS teachers and staff also connected with our team on ways we could assist with curriculum, hands-on projects, and qualifications to prepare students to join our team as quickly after graduation as possible. Brad Whittle, Talent Acquisition and Retention Supervisor: "I'm honored to offer my industry knowledge to further the educational access of the students at Dyersburg High School." ?

Last week, members of the ERMCO family had the privilege of attending the 2024 Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME) International Conference in Georgia. We were honored to not only participate in this prestigious event but also to host guided manufacturing tours and learning sessions for attendees throughout the week. Our Athens, GA facility was proud to welcome two groups, where we showcased our commitment to lean manufacturing excellence. Both the tour and learning sessions highlighted key initiatives, including recruiting and retention, lean manufacturing transformation, and specialized manufacturing progression programs, providing valuable insights into the continuous improvement strategies that drive our success. We are grateful for the opportunity to show our knowledge and learn from industry leaders as we continue to innovate and strengthen our operations across America.?

Thank you, Rural Electric Supply Cooperative (RESCO), for highlighting our partnership! As we celebrate Cooperative Month, we appreciate Matt Brandrup's insights into our collaboration and are proud to be part of the efforts that drive positive results for our cooperatives, municipal, and IOU customers. Together, we remain committed to delivering exceptional value to our communities. At ERMCO, we are particularly excited to emphasize our excess single-phase capacity, which enables us to effectively meet our partners' growing demands. This advantage not only enhances our ability to respond to customer needs and industry demands but also ensures that we can maintain short lead times. We are focused on delivering high-quality,?reliable power?solutions quickly and efficiently.?Looking into the future, we are eager to build upon this successful partnership and achieve even greater accomplishments together.
