In March 2020, looking for a career change, Terrence Slattery joined Linden Ponds as a member of the dining services team. Two years later, with a young family, he met with his manager to discuss new job opportunities with a more traditional 9-5 schedule. With his managers’ full support, Terrence applied for and was hired as an Accounting Office Coordinator.?A year later, Terrence felt ready, and supported, to seek out a management position. Last December, he joined the General Services team as the Customer Service and Communications Manager.
