Nothing energizes me like seeing Ergeon through fresh eyes! I was definitely reminded of my age as I met a couple of hundred University of Toronto students who were not yet born when I graduated from here.??? However, it was an extremely exhilarating experience for me to spend time with these students over several sessions.?They asked thoughtful questions about my career path, the meaning of leadership, how AI change will work, what the plans are for Ergeon, etc. ?? The biggest highlight for me was when Adela Christina Dinu came up to me at the end of my talk and shared?"My father is a contractor, I could never have imagined AI making a difference in Construction.?Now I feel inspired to become a founder!".?I am so grateful for this opportunity to be inspired by these students! ?? Watching my fellow speakers was inspiring: Robert Thirsk, Ellis Odynn, MBA, Darren Kraemer, Deborah Raji, and Tristan Laidlow, each brought valuable insights to the event. ??
