??? Project Spotlight ?? Our team over at Ardmore ACC & PALM Center have been making great progress! The new Ardmore Area Community Center baseball field is in the works, along with the stripping of topsoil for a new geothermal well system. On top of that, excavation and pouring of new concrete footers for the Palm Center building additions are in full swing. We’re proud to be part of these impactful projects and look forward to seeing the positive results for the community!

Progress continues at our Wilson High School project, a big thank you to our ER Stuebner Inc team and the Wilson theater department, student’s shared several songs from their upcoming performance before we shared lunch together in one of the newly created spaces. ER Stuebner appreciates the opportunity to build your new state of the art theater.

Every month Stuebner's safety committee meets to discuss workplace safety topics and to collaborate on ways to implement a safer work environment! This month's safety meeting was about *Workplace Ergonomics* which is the practice of designing work spaces that promote health and safety. We focused on things like proper lifting techniques, adjusting workstations for comfort, and choosing the right tools to reduce strain. We also touched on the mental health side of things, recognizing the high stress and risk factors in construction and the importance of creating a supportive, open environment for workers to get any help they need. Prioritizing ergonomics not only ensures the health of your team but can also boost productivity by 11%!
