Today is Transgender Day of Remembrance, an annual observance that honors the memory of transgender people whose lives were lost in acts of anti-transgender violence. We stand with the transgender community, and with the larger LGBTQIA+ community, to denounce transphobic violence, and we call on workplaces to develop and implement policies and practices that support transgender colleagues and ensure their ability to be successful in the workplace. #TransgenderDayOfRemembrance #Transgender #LGBTQIA #DEI #Diversity #Equity #Inclusion

In the US, we have just completed a polarizing presidential race, and many in the DEI world are feeling unsure of what the next four years hold. While we certainly have heard a lot of anti-DEI rhetoric during this time, it is impossible to know how much of that will turn into action against DEI, and what form that will take.
