My team at Equitas Health currently has multiple intern openings for summer 2025! ?? Our Legislative Affairs Interns will focus on public policy/legislative affairs work related to LGBTQ+ rights and healthcare at the state and federal levels. Our Legal Clinic Intern will focus on supporting the state's largest gender affirming legal clinic in partnership with TransOhio. If you're a college student who is interested in working at the intersections of LGBTQ+ rights, healthcare policy, and governmental relations, we hope that you'll apply! These internships will run from May 26 to August 8, 2025, and applications are due by mid-April. ??? Funding cuts to the CDC’s Division of HIV Prevention will significantly harm our HIV prevention efforts in the United States and will lead to an increase in new HIV transmissions and AIDS-related deaths.
