How do social compliance models need to morph to advance meaningful impact and ensure better working conditions? EFI's Kenton Harmer is exploring one component of the conversation during Association of Professional Social Compliance Auditors Inc. (APSCA)'s annual meeting and you can listen in! #LiveAtAMMS2024
I think a lot about what compliance 2.0 (3.0?) needs to look like as we scale the work to the tens-of-thousands-of-farms level. It might need to look more like auditor-supported continuous improvement, capacity-building, and credible engagement. I appreciate #APSCA providing a forum to workshop these ideas with some really smart people.
