AI has become a powerful tool in marketing and journalism, but what’s even more powerful is the sheer laziness of people using it. It’s one thing to let AI assist with proofreading, fact-checking, and structuring content, it’s another to blindly post whatever AI spits out without even glancing at it. And yet, every day, I see article after article littered with AI's telltale signs: misplaced semicolons, awkward transitions, redundant phrasing, and that distinct robotic tone that screams, I didn’t write this. The most frustrating part? These aren’t just casual social media posts, they’re full-length articles and blog posts being pushed as original work. But let’s be honest, if you don’t even take the time to proofread, refine, or inject your ideas, you’re not a writer. You’re a poster. That’s it. You didn’t create, think, or contribute anything unique, you just hit "generate" and "post." That’s not writing. That’s not journalism. That’s not even content creation. It’s pathetic. AI is an editor, not a replacement for thought. It’s meant to assist, not replace the human mind. People are becoming so lazy that they don’t even bother removing the most obvious AI quirks. If you’re churning out content with misplaced dashes, generic phrasing, and an unnatural flow, you’re telling your audience one thing loud and clear: I don’t care enough to put in the effort. And if you don’t care, why should your readers? The reality is, that more and more people are catching on. They can tell when something is AI-generated, and the moment they do, they tune out. AI-generated filler content is turning audiences away, not engaging them. The internet is already oversaturated with regurgitated, uninspired junk, why add to the pile? If you’re too lazy to proofread, too lazy to add your spin, and too lazy to put even an ounce of effort into your work, then don’t be surprised when people stop reading. Writing isn’t about taking shortcuts. AI should be a tool for refining ideas, checking grammar, and enhancing research, but it will never replace originality, critical thinking, or the human touch that makes content worth reading. If you’re letting AI do all the work, you are not a writer...you are just a copy-paster, and that’s the real failure. Heath Shepperd Mark Webb Shamar W. Fred Han Justin Jorgensen

As we know it AI is transforming marketing and journalism, but many are misusing it, relying on AI to generate content instead of using it as an editorial tool. The result? Obvious AI errors, awkward phrasing, misplaced punctuation, and a loss of journalistic integrity. AI should enhance, not replace, human craftsmanship. It can assist with research, proofreading, and structuring content, but fact-checking, storytelling, and creativity still require a human touch. The real problem isn’t AI itself, it’s the laziness of those who fail to verify and refine their work. This article explores the dangers of unchecked AI reliance, the need for editorial oversight, and why it's time to bring back stricter standards for factual accuracy in digital media. AI is a tool, not a crutch, professionals must stop using it as a shortcut and start using it responsibly. I get inspired everyday hearing the stories of what other people are getting up to with spinal cord injuries. There is so much to the injury which goes unseen, but with a will and the right support we are capable of so much! Massive hats of Mohammed Belal ????????
‘The fact that I can come back to surgery shows that there are not many jobs that can’t be achieved in a wheelchair.’ Four years ago, Mo’s life changed forever when an accident left him paralysed.? But thanks to his own dedication, the support of his team at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust, and a specially designed hydraulic wheelchair, Mo is back doing what he loves. ???

The Future is Accessible Because We’re Building It Disability is not an exclusive club. It’s not something that happens to “other people.” It’s the only community that anyone can join at any time and eventually, we all do. Whether through aging, illness, injury, or simply the wear and tear of life, every single person will face some form of limitation in their lifetime. At United Disabilities, we understand that better than anyone. That’s why we aren’t just building a platform for today, we are preparing the world for tomorrow. We are ensuring that accessibility isn’t an afterthought but the foundation of everything we create. We aren’t just advocating for disability rights; we are leading the way toward a future where inclusion is standard, not something that has to be fought for. We Are Ambassadors of a Better World! The disabled community has always been at the forefront of innovation, resilience, and progress. We’ve pioneered advancements in technology, accessibility, and design that have benefited everyone. The curb cuts that make city sidewalks easier to navigate? The voice-to-text technology that powers our smartphones? The push for remote work and flexible schedules? All of these innovations were driven by accessibility needs, yet they’ve improved life for the entire world. That’s what we do we pave the way. We aren’t just advocating for ourselves; we are ambassadors for a better world—a world that will one day benefit everyone, including those who don’t yet see the importance of what we are fighting for. With over 1.85 billion people living with disabilities, we are the largest market in the world, representing a spending power of over $8 trillion, and yet, businesses, governments, and industries continue to ignore us, treating accessibility as a checkbox instead of an opportunity for progress and innovation. We are creating a platform that serves, supports, and empowers the disabled community in ways never seen before. Through technology, AI, social connection, and real-world solutions, we are designing a future where everyone belongs before they even realize they need it. The world is changing, and it’s up to all of us to make sure it’s changing for the better. The steps we take today will determine whether accessibility is already in place when people need it, or whether they’ll have to fight for it, as so many have before them. If you are part of the disabled community, you know why this matters. But if you’re not, remember this, your future self is counting on us. The work we do today isn’t just about making life better for the disabled community, it’s about making life better for everyone. Join us. Stand with us. Be an ambassador of change. Because one day, this work will be for you, too. United Disabilities: Empowering Every Ability, Unlocking Every Possibility. https://lnkd.in/gk7RmVR2

DEI Is Under Attack And We’re Not Backing Down Here’s the truth no one wants to talk about: ?? DEI is being dismantled. ?? The disabled community is being ignored. ?? Legislation is rolling back our rights. This isn’t just a setback it’s an erasure of decades of progress. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) was never just about corporate buzzwords or performative activism. It exists to protect and empower all marginalized communities, ensuring that everyone regardless of gender, race, identity, or ability has the right to thrive in a world that too often shuts them out. Who Does DEI Protect? ? Women – Fighting against gender discrimination, pay gaps, and leadership barriers. ? People of Color – Demanding racial justice, equal opportunity, and systemic change. ? LGBTQ+ Community – Protecting rights, ensuring safety, and breaking down discrimination. ? Immigrants & Refugees – Defending fair policies, protections, and access to opportunities. ? Religious Minorities – Preserving the right to practice faith freely without oppression. ? Neurodivergent Individuals – Creating inclusive environments for cognitive diversity. ? Elderly People – Battling ageism and securing dignity, accessibility, and respect. ? Veterans – The ones who fought for freedom with blood, yet face barriers to jobs, healthcare, and support. But right now, DEI is under attack. Laws are being reversed. Opportunities are being stolen. Voices are being silenced. And yet, we will not be silent. Equal Tech Innovations: A Company That Fights Back We’re not here to ask for change we’re here to demand it. ?? Equal Tech Innovations was built to empower, protect, and fight for our community. ?? We do this because we are this community we’re not outsiders, we’re insiders. ?? Our founder, Terry Loerch, and most of our team live this reality every single day. And let’s be very clear about one thing: ? We are not disabled. ? We are ambassadors to the world. We are paving the way for every single person who will one day face the reality of disability, whether through aging, injury, or illness. Because here’s the fact no one wants to acknowledge Disability is the only minority group you will join at some point in your life. And when that day comes, when you or someone you love needs accessibility, fairness, and protection know that we’ve already been fighting for you. This Is Your Fight Too The next time you see a disabled person in a store, on the street, or in your workplace, thank them, not out of pity, but out of respect. Because we are the ones breaking barriers. We are the ones fighting discrimination. We are the ones making sure this world is ready for you. And if you think this doesn’t affect you? Just wait. One day, you will join the club. ?? Equal Tech Innovations: https://lnkd.in/gc4v2bjD ??
