This year, over 800 students—every child living in a Mercy Housing building in Southern California under the age of 18—received backpacks and school supplies, thanks to our generous donors. Seeing the joy on their faces as they chose their backpacks and prepared for the school year was genuinely heartwarming. A big thanks to Kristen Hammer and Natalie Estrella for coordinating efforts to make this happen ?? #backtoschool #giving
