From Museum to Living: EQT Real Estate acquires former museum to repurpose it into student housing in Paris! ???? Today we are excited to have acquired a 1,800 sqm building in Paris that was formerly home to the Pierre Cardin Museum until 2014. The building will gain a new life, repurposed into a c.4,000 sqm state-of-the-art private student living space in the vibrant Docks de Saint-Ouen district. With 202 modern units, opening for the 2026-2027 academic year, the residence will feature top-tier amenities, including a gym, study rooms, cinema, cafeteria, coworking spaces, and 2,800 m2 of private green areas—all designed to foster well-being and community. As part of our strategy to invest in high-demand university hubs, this marks our third student housing investment in France, bringing our national portfolio to 632 units under construction, with more to come. The project will meet RE2020 (2025 level) sustainability standards and incorporate energy-efficient solutions. As we step into the new year, we proudly reflect on a transformative 2024 filled with remarkable growth and achievements across our global logistics platform. EQT Exeter completed more than $8 billion in acquisitions, adding over 75 million square feet. These efforts expanded our portfolio to over 440 million square feet across the U.S., Europe, and APAC. In the U.S., we acquired over 60 million square feet across various industrial markets nationwide, with significant expansions in key locations such as Central PA/New Jersey, Georgia, Texas, Arizona, and California increasing the total portfolio to over 325 million square feet. In Europe, we added more than 15 million square feet, with notable activity in Spain, Italy, and Germany. In APAC, we acquired and developed in rapidly growing logistics markets, with a focus on Japan. We proudly welcomed new tenants across our portfolio and supported the growth of existing tenants, helping them expand into new buildings and thrive in premier logistics locations worldwide. EQT Exeter is proud to announce the acquisition of Settlers Grove, a three-building industrial park totaling 495,151 square feet in Round Rock, TX—Austin's largest suburb. Ideally located with access to I-35, Highway 45, SH 130, and MoPac, the park offers regional and last-mile distribution capabilities for Greater Austin and the State of Texas. Settlers Grove includes two fully leased buildings and one vacant 170,010-square-foot building.
