Last week before NMHC OPTECH 2024 kicked off ePropertyCare hosted a Demo Day where we took clients and partners to visit the Alarm.com Demo House in Falls Church, VA. Alarm.com is the parent company to PointCentral our tech partner for Multifamily Smart Property Tech. Guests and partners were able to tour the house, see the tech in action and also got sneak peeks to cool products on the horizon. Best of all we got to share time with the team from PointCentral, SKBM Smart Technology, Johnson Controls, Livly, Alocity and Onboard, powered by Conservice. During the event we were excited to share with PointCentral the launch of a new software based video intercom that will be more affordable than traditional screen based devices.
