Honored to represent Epiq at a distinguished dinner at the House of Lords yesterday. Last time I walked these historic halls, I was studying Constitutional Law as part of my first year in Law. Last night, I returned as a legal technology professional – a full-circle moment that bridges my early legal education with Epiq’s mission to transform the delivery of legal services through innovation. Particularly moved to be invited by the The National Pro Bono Centre in recognition of our support during London International Disputes Week and the Commercial Litigators Forum. It's a powerful reminder that at the heart of legal technology lies the opportunity to make justice more accessible and efficient for all. Incredible morning at the Association of Corporate Investigators annual symposium diving deep into the future of investigations! ?? First up, Andy Parratt, Deputy Director of Fraud, Bribery and Corruption at the Serious Fraud Office (UK) showcased how they're revolutionising their approach with Technology Assisted Review. Having worked on #TAR solutions since 2011 at Epiq it's inspiring to see major enforcement agencies embracing this technology. Even more fascinating was learning about Andy's role in steering #AI adoption across the SFO - watch this space! Then came a jaw-dropping session from Ian Henderson on the Post Office Horizon scandal. Ian shared the gut-wrenching story of how his team uncovered crucial evidence of wrongdoing - only to be dismissed when they started exposing the truth. His testimony to the Parliamentary select committee helped expose what would become Britain's largest miscarriage of justice.
