Muehlhan Wind Service acquires majority stake in EPiK Energy and Renewables. Muehlhan Wind Service (MWS), a leading full-scope independent service provider delivering wind turbine installation and maintenance solutions to the wind industry in more than 35 countries around the world, announced today that it has taken a majority stake in EPiK Energy and Renewables by way of capital injection. EPiK is a North American company providing construction and operation and maintenance services to the renewable industry. Acquiring the majority stake in EPiK will allow for Muehlhan Wind Service to move into the North American market by leveraging EPiK’s established presence and expertise in the wind industry, while also benefitting from EPiK’s experienced management team and skilled workforce. EPiK offer a variety of construction and operation and maintenance services, including crane rentals, equipment installation and rigging and heavy hauling. EPiK's leadership team will stay on as minority shareholders and will continue to run the business on a day to day basis. “We are thrilled to partner with Muehlhan Wind Service.
