Elena brings a decade of experience in #EVinfrastructure, #utility #programs, and #customer #success, having held key roles at Enel X and Fermata Energy where she led business operations that delivered an epic customer experience. Elena holds a Graduate Certificate in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University and additional certifications in IT Project Management from the University of Washington. ? Lena is passionate about learning, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact on the world. At Epic, she’ll focus on building and executing customer success strategies to reinforce one of our core values: customer-first focus. ? Lena will will also focus on expanding our revenue base by partnering with utilities to maximize the value of our charger network.
