Working to change the mental health landscape by promoting rapid identification and intervention for early psychosis.
关于我们
Missouri’s Early Psychosis Care (EPC) Center is a partnership between the Missouri Department of Mental Health, the Missouri Institute of Mental Health, and the Missouri Behavioral Health Council. Our goal is to highlight the importance of early identification and intervention for first episode psychosis (FEP). Both are key for reducing FEP’s effect on individuals, their loved ones, and the community. The EPC Center is working with behavioral health centers across the state to improve the quality of care for individuals experiencing FEP. We use education and outreach to raise awareness. In these efforts we share new research, best practice, trends, and strategies.

Pathways to Young Adulthood Clinic Co-Director at Kennedy Krieger Institute’s Center for Neuropsychological and Psychological Assessment (CNaP)
Enjoying the last day of a wonderful conference hosted by Early Psychosis Care which focuses on an often misunderstood and understudied area in our field. Honored to hear from many clinicians, researchers, community organizations, peer specialists and individuals with lived experience with psychosis sharing their knowledge and advocacy efforts. Excited to continue attending this conference and learning more with Rashida Barner, Ph.D. & Tanisha Drummond, PsyD, ABPP
