Jay, congratulations on exceeding 1,000,000 SIM activations! To what do you attribute this remarkable year-over-year growth? Jay: Thank you! Our growth has been driven by two strategies: one, helping retailers increase their store profits and two, helping mobile operators acquire new customers. epay’s retailers use Webpos to offer consumers a range of mobile operator’s prepaid and postpaid plans that fit their lifestyle, and communication needs. For mobile operators, we offer access to an installed network of thousands of dealers who help them acquire new customers. How does Webpos help dealers drive more revenue? Jay: In the U.S., Webpos is a widely used, highly robust and reliable platform built to provide access to a range of subscriber services. It enables retailers to quickly access and activate SIMs from multiple mobile operators, earn instant commissions, and leverage real-time insights with advanced support tools. Our goal is to increase profitability and equip retailers with the resources they need to excel in a competitive market. ? What types of retailers can benefit from using Webpos? Jay: Webpos is purpose built to support a range of independent retailers by providing easy online access to our platform from their store counters, while larger chain retailers can fully integrate Webpos with their existing retail POS systems. On 14th November 2024, the Euronet Mumbai team came together with an outpouring of generosity and compassion for our Day of Caring, collecting an incredible 1000 Kgs of groceries for these two institutions: -Ma Niketan - A Children’s Home in Thane. -Diksha Elder Care Home. (in partnership with the Dignity Foundation) The HR team spearheaded this initiative, inviting employees to donate essential food grains and groceries. Not stopping at donations, our employees took an active role in packing, organizing, and delivering these to the destinations, ensuring that the children and the elderly received these essentials with care. This amazing effort wouldn’t have been possible without the compassion and dedication of our team.
