We recently finished open enrollment for one of the world's largest EV manufacturers. It was amazing to see their entire manufacturing process and have our team meet with hundreds of their employees face to face for 1 on 1 meetings to make sure they really understood the significant value of the benefits their employer is offering them and how they can best select the plan for their family and how to utilize it for best management of their finances and health! Benefits plans are one of the most important decisions any family makes in the year and for some reason they often have to make the decision in 5 minutes with nothing but an online video communication. Especially in a blue collar workforce that isn't on computers all day..this isn't effective. That's why we met with about 300 of the factory employees 1 on 1 in person for an average 30 minutes per meeting- all in one week. In addition to our team of account managers and benefits counselors we also had the carrier and local medical provider group representatives on site.
