It's been an exciting year helping grow Ossa, and as some very exciting things are happening with that team (keep following their pages for those announcements) and a lot of great work has been done. I've loved getting back to startup life, and have REALLY loved network life, but my contracted time with them is coming to an end. And much like any good podcast person, I'm eager to start planning for 2025 (and a bit of Q4!) as early as possible. I've gotten a chance to do a little bit of everything at Ossa: from helping build out the network's advertising operations and working with agency sales and media planning teams in a business development capacity, to getting my feet wet with talent and helping support some podcast launches. It's been great to be both agency and network side in podcasting, and I'm more confident in my abilities than ever. With strengths in business dev, strategy, and leading advertising operations, I'd really enjoy being the right swiss army knife for the right audio team. Let me know!
