When Senior Planner Hugh Jeffery took home our Newcomer Award last year, we didn't just give him an agency-wide pat on the back for all of his hard work. We gave him the most planner-y gift we could think of, too — a trip to 4A's StratFest in NYC. Last week, Hugh returned from the event with new insights and learnings that promise to make our work better.
