  • Today, we celebrate the strength and resilience of those who have battled with their mental health. For those in public safety and emergency response, we recognize that the weight of your work can take a toll on your mental well-being. Let’s break the stigma surrounding mental health and prioritize self-care, open conversations, and access to support. To our brave first responders—firefighters, police officers, paramedics, and more—your mental health matters just as much as your physical safety. ??Take time for YOU. Check in with your mental health and support one another. Together, we can build a stronger, healthier, and more resilient community.??
