Coach is the GOAT of digital product passports. A few weeks ago, they upgraded the EON-powered DPPs embedded with all Coachtopia bags, allowing customers to instantly resell their bags on Poshmark. The process is fully integrated with Coach's customer database: when the bag is sold on Poshmark, it's automatically removed from the previous owner's Coach profile and can be registered by the new owner. It's a win for everyone involved: ? Customers get all the benefits of a circular brand ecosystem with a fraction of the effort. ? Coach gets access to a plethora of product/customer data that would otherwise disappear in the dark corners of the secondhand market. ? Poshmark gets a ton of visibility, with Coach being one of the flagship brands on the platform.
