We are pleased to announce the selection of Nixon McCree as the General Manager of our operation in Columbus, Ohio!?? Nixon began his aviation career in 1998 and has held a variety of positions with various airlines over the years. Prior to accepting this position Nixon served as the General Manager for American Airlines in Newark, NJ and Norfolk, VA where he led his team to achieve 3 customer cups in 3 years. Over the years with American Airlines, he held leadership positions in Customer Experience in DCA, PHX, SEA and CLT as Customer Ops MOD driving process improvements and enhancing team member engagement. Nixon was also one of eight recipients for the Excellence in Leadership Award for American Airlines. Please join us in congratulating Nixon on his new role.?? #TeamEnvoy #CMH
