Envision San Diego

Envision is a private fitness studio with a large gym/training area. The studio is managed by appointment only, so clients are able to workout in a clean and private space with the complete attention of their trainer or health professional. A few group classes are offered during certain hours including gentle yoga, boxing and circuit training. If post-workout spa treatments are desired, there are private massage rooms as well as skin care rooms for facials, peels, waxing, Smooth Sculpt and other treatments. Initial appointments at Envision include a fitness assessment and discussion of personal goals. Nutritional counseling is also available for an integrative, “whole-body” approach. Whether strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, stress reduction and or lifestyle management are your goals, Envision Personalized Heath trainers and practitioners work together as an integrative team with a comprehensive approach to ensure that you achieve the best results possible. The studio is centrally located at the east end of Mission Valley at 4620 Alvarado Canyon Road #14, San Diego, CA 92120, at the Mission Gorge exit off Interstate 8.
