??? CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Owensboro Indoor Sports Facility ???? We're excited to share these aerial views of our progress on Owensboro's new indoor sports complex at 3rd and Cedar Streets! Ground has been broken, and foundation work is well underway for this 88,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility that will transform downtown Owensboro into a regional sports tourism destination. What's Coming: - 7 basketball courts (convertible to 14 volleyball courts) - Modular turf field for pickleball, cornhole, futsal, cheer, dance & archery - 9,200-square-foot mezzanine viewing area - Direct access to local hotels, attractions & the Convention Center - Ample parking with nearby surface lots and garages The facility is scheduled to open by June 2026 and will be managed by OVG 360, which currently oversees the Owensboro Convention Center and Sportscenter.
