Project Highlight: EnviroVantage has successfully wrapped up Phase 1 at the old Stanley Mill in Franklin, NH. The mill was used for tool manufacturing starting in 1897, but has sat unused for some time. The Town of Franklin has contracted EnviroVantage and Nobis Engineering to clear the site for beneficial reuse. EnviroVantage is self-performing asbestos abatement from contaminated windows and sealants and using our fleet of excavators to self-perform the structural demolition and site restoration of the mill and armory building.
