EFO would like for you to meet Board Member J.T. Davis. J.T. Davis works for Public Service Company of Oklahoma / American Electric Power as a Plant Environmental Coordinator in power generation.?He also donates his time to Special Olympics and United Way efforts within in his company.?J.T. received a B.S. in Environmental Science from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah and completed his graduate degree in Environmental Management at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK.? J.T. Davis joined the EFO Board in 2024. When asked why he joined the EFO Board, he stated “EFO serves as a resource for industries to meet and discuss environmental rules and regulations that impact Oklahoma’s future.?Our State needs all the support they can get to ensure we ensure that policy does not thwart our progress to protect Oklahoma’s natural resources.?Any way I can help in that endeavor, benefits us all.?EFO is a fantastic organization with amazing members, and I am excited to be a part of their work!” J.T. resides in Jenks with his wife and son, who currently is a student at the The University of Tulsa.

EFO would like for you to meet the Board's General Counsel Donald Shandy of Crowe Dunlevy. Don is a director in the firm’s Oklahoma City office. Throughout his career, his legal practice has been focused on the environmental and energy areas. He has worked on projects in 41 states and five foreign countries. He has interacted closely with numerous state and federal agencies including the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Department of Justice. In 2001, he was nominated by the Western Governors’ Association to become assistant administrator for air and radiation at the EPA but ultimately decided to remain in private practice. He has interfaced with various White House administrations and agencies regarding global climate change. He has represented several industry sectors including public utility commission cases, exploration and production, midstream transmission, refining, pulp and paper, aerospace, and cement manufacturing. He has responsibility for a wide range of legal matters at international manufacturing facilities where he engaged regulators and other foreign officials to resolve issues. He has extensive experience in addressing?PFAS?matters?and has been involved in several public utility commission cases.
